"I called DMC when I was having an issue with my gas meters after receiving a bill for $975. My initial call was met by friendly and helpful staff. I was offered a same day appointment, but due to my schedule I opted for next day (this happened to be Saturday as well) On Saturday morning the technician came out, first thing (as promised) around 8am. He spoke with myself and my husband and immediately tried to resolve the issue. He spent about an hour with us, and explained exactly what was going on and what our options were. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. Its so refreshing too see companies with such excellent staff and people who actually know what they are doing.
